Day 2--1/5/06

- Downloaded and reviewed jEdit
-I found the review of this to be quite confusing and discussed my concerns with Tod. He suggested I look for some sort of tutorial - I tried to work with some METS records within jEdit though didn't really get much done.
- Compiled a list of questions to review with Tod concerning jEdit--scheduled a meeting time to discuss the questions
- Reviewed a few METS records and their matching documentation (provided by the digitization department)
